Lucas previously worked for EXO Travel in China.
Lucas brings more than 12 years of professional sales experience to his new role, translating his love of travel into a passion working in the travel industry. During his three year tenure, Lucas built strong relationships with our partners and played a key role in managing our Virtuoso network.
In his new role as Sales Manager, Lucas will be working closely with our in-destination teams to promote EXO’s services to the Latin American market. He explains, ‘What excites me most about working with EXO is the shared commitment to providing the best service to our customers. From our travel consultants to our guides and operational teams, we are all dedicated to creating memorable experiences for those who travel with us.’

Lucas also brings his passion and knowledge of the Asia region to his new position. Having travelled extensively through many of EXO’s destinations, he has valuable first-hand knowledge to share with our partners in Latin America. ‘In the Latin American market, there is a strong demand to explore new destinations and to follow the latest travel trends. Lucas continues, ‘My favourite experiences include the Lost City on Kulen Mountain in Cambodia. It is an ideal place to immerse yourself in a mix of nature and local history. I also love the floating markets in Bangkok, where I was able to experience a very different lifestyle from my own and have the opportunity to add some special stops and special twists to my tour.’
